This office needs a serious lesson in customer service. If private enterprises operated like this they would be out of business in a month!

Terrible customer service. Employees very rude and just seem like they do not want anything to do with you. I'll be going to a new VicRoads service centre from now on!

appalling customer service. waited 5 mins to be served, no customers in store to be told i had to make an appointment in a weeks time for something that would take 5 mins. meanwhile there was three other staff standing around doing nothing. go the the warrnamble store instead, they are much better
