  Mel the new manager is a Gem. Friendly service willing to help with any problems and is good to have a chat with. Top rate service. I stayed in a unit, Rooms are in great condition, with ensuite , mini fridge to keep the beers cold. What more could you need. Highly Recommend

  Absolutely disgusted the way I got treated by the caretakers. I booked a caravan 3 weeks in advance so I could attend my mates wedding. I rang the night before to confirm and was told that they had the booking written on the page but given it to someone else instead. The husband rang back a bit later and said I could have a cabin for full price rather than the price I was quoted for the caravan. The following day I went in to see about the cabin and then got abused for being unhappy and sticking up for my rights as a consumer. I was then told to "piss off" in front of my 4 year old son, so I then had to organize accommodation in the 2 hours before the wedding and I arrived late. pathetic excuse for customer relations.
